 Click on logo for Regatta info and entryWelcome to Langley Yacht Club! Our club is one of three military-associated yacht clubs in the Hampton Roads area. The Langley Yacht Club (LYC) was organized at Langley Air Force Base in 1937, and for more than 70 years the club and its members have been active in Chesapeake Bay area yacht racing and power and sail cruising.
Membership is open to active duty and retired members of the armed services, NASA, government employees and contractors. Inquire about Associate Memberships for those that do not meet the above criteria.
In addition to cruising and racing events, we gather each month for a social and business meeting. Dues are $36 annually. Advantages of membership include reciprocal agreements with several local marinas, discounted Boat US membership, and great camaraderie with fellow boaters.
